Richard J. Ciccotto, an expert in strategic financial analysis, management, and targeting and restructuring large-scale budgets, is an affiliate of PSA Consultants. Rich brings nearly three decades of experience to his work. He is a key resource for PSA Consultants’ clients who need guidance on the spectrum of financial issues affection their businesses.

Rich’s significant senior-level experience at national law and international accounting firms has
given him an “insider’s perspective” invaluable to PSA Consultants’ clients in these industries.
He has initiated and led major multi-pronged initiatives to improve fiscal performance and
ongoing financial stability for law firms, including:
- Increasing the quality of financial reporting through use of hard data and well-regarded executive inquiry tools.
- Implementing department-specific profitability reviews leading to improved realization on law firm client billings.
- Creating competitive bonus compensation programs tied to the accuracy of, and turnaround on, client billings, as well as timely client collections.
- Extensive work managing the integration of incoming lateral partners, practice groups and other key legal professionals conducted prior to, and during, their transitions between firms.
Education
Rich earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University and
attended Lehigh. He also is affiliated with both the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the New York State Society of Public Accountants.
