Patricia Keleman serves as a writer and communications consultant for PSA. Her more than 20 years of experience includes positions in communications, marketing, development and special events management for legal professional services firms, higher education institutions, nonprofits and national philanthropies, including The Pew Charitable Trusts, Ballard Spahr LLP, Bryn Mawr College, the University of Pennsylvania and the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia. In addition, Patricia has firsthand understanding of the retail sector. Known for her ability to convey clients’ unique voices as well as synthesize and clarify complex business concepts into concise copy, Patricia’s broad experience includes production of RFPs, website material, marketing collateral, feature articles, and other material. As a PSA consultant, Patricia is a resource to the organization and it's clients, providing writing, editing and other communications-related support.
